I have yet to purchase Torment myself. I reserved my copy, and I am picking it up tomorrow! Look for my personal game log to begin shortly.

In the meanwhile, those of you that already have the game should first, read the READ ME file for the patch.

Then download the PATCH for Torment from Interplay.
